What is Health Kinesiology (HK)?
Kinesiology (pronounced Kin – easy –ology), is a natural holistic health care system which uses muscle testing to tap into the innate wisdom, to support wellbeing. Muscle testing does not assess the strength of your muscles, but assesses the ‘yes' and ‘no' responses from the body. Health Kinesiology does not diagnose but works with the body's own energy system to bring about health and balance in the body's natural order.
Once an imbalance has been found, the Kinesiologist finds an indicator muscle, usually in the arm (which is a painless procedure) to get feedback from the person's body, assessing what it needs to balance the energy system.
HK addresses the Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and Psychological issues in a person's life.
Who is it for?
In a word ‘anyone' young or old. Not many of us are living to our full potential. The body remembers incidents, feelings, thoughts and stores information about outside influences. The body talks to us all the time, it tells us when we need to eat, need a drink, it's communicating to us all the time. |
